REVIEWS/RECOMMENDATIONS

Review Policy

I created this blog with the sole intention of sharing amazing books with teachers that they can then use in the classroom. By doing that, we also wanted to share how we use books in the classroom in either teaching format or reviewing so we know what readers need what books. If we review your book, we are reviewing to see how it would fit into a classroom setting. If you send us your book to review, please make sure that it is a book that can be adapted into a classroom setting. We will not spoil any book in our reviews, but we will post disclaimers. For example: Haley is a middle school teacher so she will make sure that her reviews provide teachers a clear understanding of what grade level her books are appropriate for. We do reserve the right to edit any of our review at any time. We accept any genre and welcome hardcovers, paperbacks, ARCs (Advanced Reader Copies), audiobooks, and e-books (NetGalley or Edelweiss).

We will not receive monetary compensation for reviews, but we might link your book to an affiliated link for purchase. If you wish your book not be linked, please note when sending. The reviews of this blog are solely our own, and we will always work to provide a positive, honest review of your book.

Review Timeline

Our promise to you is try and get your book reviewed in a timely manner. We cannot agree to review within a certain time frame, though we will attempt to follow a time-frame or specific date if one is requested. For example: if your book is being released soon and you want it during the week of release date, we will work with that. Also, publishers that send we usually have a set date to post through them, so do not be discouraged if we have to bump a book ahead of yours. We are just following guidelines to ensure future books are sent for reviews.
